Inner Conflict

While war rages out there, what is the state of conflict within your own being?

Most people have parts of themselves that haven't spoken to each other in years. The person they present to the world and the person they actually want to become are so far apart they might as well be strangers.

Integrity is alignment. Is who you are matched by how you behave, what you say, what you do? Or are you a walking contradiction — preaching one thing and living another, wanting one life and settling for a completely different one?

The conflicts you see outside of you will keep pulling your attention until you're willing to face the one inside.
