Negative Influences
The more you know yourself, the less bullshit you tolerate. And that sharpens every single time you confront something real about who you are.
When your self-esteem is solid, negative influences don't land the same way. The gossip, the doubt, the people who want you small, the narratives designed to keep you afraid — they lose their grip when you actually trust your own mind.
Most people think boundaries are something you enforce on others. But real boundaries are a byproduct of self-knowledge. When you're clear on who you are and where you're going, the things that don't belong in your world start to become obvious... and removing them stops feeling like confrontation.
So what are you still tolerating that you know doesn't fit the picture of who you are becoming?
